How Much Does It Cost?

Our prices vary between programs and depend on whether your coordinator lives onsite. Some may include the concession of a 2-bedroom unit, while others require only a program fee. For a custom quote for your community, fill out the form below, and our team will be happy to help.

Do I have to concede a unit to hire coordinators?

No! If you are unable to concede a unit but are interested in hiring an Apartment Life coordinator, our Offsite Program may be a fit for you. 

What style/class of apartments do your serve?

Apartment Life has a wide variety of programs designed to fit your needs. Currently, we have programs designed to serve:

Do you meet government tax-credit requirements?

Our Resident Services and Senior Adults programs are CORES-certified. Our services meet LURA or tax-credit requirements.

Am I locked into a contract?

Before beginning your program, you will sign a contract with Apartment Life with a 60-day termination policy. While there are no time-bound requirements, we recommend at least 2 years to see a sense of community form among your residents and achieve the best resident engagement goals. The coordinators you receive will be under a contract to serve at least one year (offsite) or two years (onsite).

What does it mean to be faith-based?

As a Christian nonprofit organization, we believe in loving our neighbors as God commanded. All of our coordinators we provide are "fueled by faith" and see their role as more than a job, but a way to serve others. All of our coordinators receive Fair Housing training and are equipped with support, ensuring every gathering is open to all people and welcoming regardless of their background or beliefs. In our 26-year history, we have never had a Fair Housing complaint.
