As an Apartment Life Coordinator, you can choose to serve onsite or offsite. Our onsite program offers discounted rent for living in a 2-bedroom unit. Our offsite program offers payment either contracted, part-time, or salaried depending on the program.

If you are interested in serving as an Apartment Life Coordinator but are unable to move, you can still serve offsite! Our offsite program allows you to be paid to serve an apartment (or multiple apartments) in your surrounding area depending on availability.

No worries! Apartment Life is a side gig for many of our coordinators who mainly work serving residents in the evenings and weekends. As long as you are flexible and willing to serve we would love to speak with you about your schedule!

Yes! Many of our coordinators are families with kids. We recommend coming into the application process with a plan for childcare and build a volunteer support team to help assist ensuring residents remain the focus of your events, however we welcome kids of all ages to join in the programming. *NOTE: Not every program will be open to children. Within our process, we will ensure you are matched with the best community for your family!
