Kelly Jones | President

Kelly – also known as KC – leads a nationwide team, integrating healthy culture with operational excellence. Since joining Apartment Life in 2004, KC has played a key role in strengthening the organization’s structure, scaling operations, and developing leaders across the country.

KC is a collaborative leader who is passionate about developing others and creating environments where people can thrive. She enjoys identifying challenges and removing obstacles so others can succeed.

KC and her husband, Brian, live in a small mountain town in Colorado. They enjoy skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and exploring the mountains together.
