Session Description: Loneliness is a growing public health crisis that disproportionately affects students, seniors and affordable housing residents. This panel explores how the rental industry can transform loneliness into belonging through actionable strategies, illustrated via case studies showing how resident services can foster connection and remove barriers. By centering equity and inclusion, operators can strengthen ESG reporting, improve retention and ensure every resident—regardless of age, income or background—feels they belong.
