You could be eligible for a referral bonus! Here's the fine print:

Standard Referral Bonus

The individual you refer must list you as a referral source in the application and provide your phone number and/or email address to be eligible for the bonus. When your referral is approved after the program director interview, you are eligible for the standard referral bonus.

The maximum standard referral bonus per referred individual is $100, regardless of whether the new coordinator serves at one or multiple programs. Referral bonuses may be split equally up to two ways. (Example: If a team of 2 lists different referrals, the bonus will be split two ways.). Applicants / active coordinators are ineligible for referring their own teammate.

Backfill Referral Bonus

If you are an active Apartment Life Team or Coordinator, and your referral is hired as your replacement at your current community, you are eligible for an additional $400 backfill referral bonus.

A backfill referral bonus is paid for each program where your referral becomes your replacement, including long-term, short-term, or stacked programs. For example, if you serve at two communities and your referral is hired for both communities, you would receive two backfill referral bonuses.

The backfill referral bonus will be be paid after your referral begins serving at your community and your program drop has been fully processed by the financial services team. Any balance due on your Apartment Life account will be deducted prior to payment.
